Nicole Cobb Brodie has been absolutely amazing throughout our entire home loan process! Even though we’re in Perth and he’s based in Melbourne, the time difference was never an issue. He always responded to our emails quickly and was happy to call us at times that suited our schedule, even if it meant working very late for him. As first-time builders, the loan process was completely new to us, but Brodie explained everything so clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His communication was outstanding, not only with us but also with everyone else involved in our land purchase and home build. We’re so grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and support. I was standing in a queue at the teller when a lady (not the teller) called Chai Verma asked if she could help. I had a couple of items I needed addressed and she was very polite, friendly and competent in helping me sort things out. Many thanks. I also noted other staff members approaching others in the teller queue and helping them out. The level of service could not be improved.

Victor took the time on various occasions to listen what we needed and provided a very detailed plan as to the various options available, and also kept us fully informed and transparent as to all charges but more importantly, considered all of our housing needs versus income.
