Ashton bellette Ive been a member at BBB CrossFit for over 18 months now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and happiness. When I first joined, I was dealing with some old injuries and spent the first 8 months focused on recovery and building a solid foundation. Thanks to the incredible support and expertise of the coaches, I was able to overcome those setbacks and truly lock in my training. What sets BBB apart is the community and the coaches. They’re not just instructors—they’re friends who genuinely care about your progress and well-being. I love that they often train alongside us, making every session feel supportive and motivating. The classes are always challenging, but also adaptable; no matter how I’m feeling on any given day, the coaches help me modify the workout so I can still get the most out of it. The progress I’ve made here has exceeded anything I could have imagined. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever. I now look forward to every session and honestly never want to miss a day. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll be supported, challenged, and welcomed like family, I can’t recommend BBB CrossFit enough. I’ll always promote this amazing place to everyone I know!

Dr Izzy BRAIN TO BODY Lauras attention to detail is impressive, evident in every inch of Rise Up. Not only does she prioritise the studio experience, but she also has a deep understanding of anatomy and a commitment to continuous learning. I can confidently refer clients and patients to her, knowing that they will receive expert care to help their bodies heal and become stronger. Personally, I love pilates, and knowing that Laura is a FRC Mobility Specialist makes her experience even more amazing.

Cheltenham Youth Club - NSW

Tia Rennie After moving interstate I did a lot of asking around (and talking to parents of CYC gymnasts at the gym) and everyone spoke highly of the club. My daughter has been here for 12 months now and we have been very happy with not only the level of coaching but the support and enthusiasm of the entire organisation particularly throughout the Covid lockdown period. Wonderful people and would highly recommend.

Sacred Soul Wellness Yoga - Sutherland Shire - NSW

Dave Young Lindsay teaches an incredible Yin yoga class on Thursday nights. As someone new to yoga, I’ve found Lindsay to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in her guidance. It’s easy to see why more experienced students, who regularly return to her class, love it so much. Yin yoga has been a fantastic way for me to begin my yoga journey. The longer holds in each pose have helped me deepen my understanding of the practice, improve my focus on breathing, and truly connect with my body. Unlike faster-paced yoga styles (which I’ve also enjoyed), Yin allows me the time to find each pose and breathe properly—something I’m still working to master in other classes. For now, Lindsays Yin class at 7 PM on Thursdays is the highlight of my week, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Sting Gym Frankston - NSW

All About Steven Since Ive been in Laurie Muay Thai class for about 6 months, my general health has improved significantly. During the first couple weeks, the high intensity cardio sessions to improve your fitness and heart were really challenging. However, once you get used to it, it feels fantastic, especially for someone like me who spends all day in front of a computer. Aside from his high levels of fighting experience, Laurie is also one of the few teachers who is always giving 100 percent to his students. I definitely recommend this class to people who are passionate about martial arts and dedicated to improving their general health.
