During our second visit, I still couldn’t decide, but Nancy’s patience and warm smile never wavered. She showed me CAD designs of different options, and I instantly fell in love with my ring. What truly amazed us was Nancy’s explanation of the lifetime complimentary services—resizing, cleaning, polishing, and even replacing small diamonds on the band at no charge.
