Patrick Hayton Only been training with Hakan for a couple of sessions but he seems like a top bloke and knows what he is talking about. Very patient and accommodating to people of all fitness levels. Recently quit smoking and came to train for the first time in 3+ years at 150kg with no cardio and expected to get laughed at but Hakan is very professional and aims to deliver the best outcomes for his clients. Will update when he turns me into a kickboxing monster

Northern Spinal & Sports Injury Clinic - NSW

Swtiris Tsoutsouras I went to this clinic yesterday for chiropractic treatment and wanted to say my experience as a patient at this clinic was excellent I came in with pain in my leg. I saw Dr Matthew Nicastri who treated me was so knowledgeable and professional at all times I walked out with a lot less pain. I highly recommend Dr Nicastri he is professional, very knowledgeable, effective and efficient! I feel very happy that I found him and now I finally feel I am in excellent hands and am very fortunate to have found him because of his amazing professionalism and ability to heal me.

SPS High Performance - NSW

Olivia Ballard I am beyond grateful for the support I have received since joining with SPS High Performance. I started training with Matt and his team following an ACL knee reconstruction, and it was the BEST decision I could have made. SPS provides amazing rehabilitation and strength programs for all their athletes. Matt helped to ensure that I could return to the sport I love without the fear or re-injury. I have gain re-gained confidence in my body and continue to maintain and further my strength and stability. I highly recommend training with SPS to any athlete either returning from an injury or wanting to improve their sporting performance. Thank you for everything!

Fusion Pilates & PT - NSW

Lauren Bridges When I first walked into Fusion I was BROKEN. I remember being asked in my first Clinical Pilates class exactly where my body hurt - I said “everywhere!”. Melissa and her team put together a program that got me moving again and I haven’t looked back. It has changed they way I train, how I look after my body after long days in the office (hello foam roller!) and has been a lifesaver for my overall health and wellbeing. I cannot recommend Fusion highly enough!
