5 /5 Zoya Martin: I can’t talk highly enough of Tempo!! After attending many different studios, I have found that both Tempo’s classes and instructors (specifically Sandy) are challenging, fun and engaging. I always leave feeling like a million bucks (tired) and never regret a class! Both studios are equally as beautiful and the perfect place for your Reformer classes!! It helps that the owner is lovely too!! Highly recommend!

The High Tempo class is an incredible full body workout. But it’s not just about the classes. The community they are creating is what really makes it somewhere I want to train.

5 /5 Kris M: Tempo Pilates has made the things I love more enjoyable… after 4 ski trips this year I’ve never felt stronger… but importantly regular classes have made my functional movement easier day to day. Easier to climb stairs, carry the shopping and do household chores, after a class I feel taller and lighter despite the hard work. When I miss a week I really feel the difference… thanks Erin, Paris and team let’s keep it up!!
