5 /5 Matthew Thomson: Georgia and the Conveyancing Practice was recommended to me in the beginning of my property search. From the first conversation, I could tell Georgia was extremely professional, very experienced, whilst alleviating the stress of buying a property as a first home buyer. Georgia reviewed the contracts and strata reports on a number of properties before I found the right one. I felt secure knowing Georgia was on my side looking out for various ‘red flags’ to be which I hadn’t known about. She sat down and reviewed the financials, by laws and minutes with us on the phone so we had the greatest awareness of the property before making any offers. When the right property finally came up, the strata report wasn’t clear as to what levies had been paid which may have scared off potential buyers. She took it upon herself to call the strata manager and find out more info, giving me a leg up in the negotiation process and eventually allowing me to purchase the property. Beyond this, she managed to secure an upfront payment for the strata loan saving me even more money. Georgia was also great at guiding me through the various steps from purchase to settlement. No question was a silly question and she would always be very responsive to any of my calls. Thank you Georgia for all your help, 5 STARS!!!
