Donna Kennett This studio is one of the best. The instructors are all different but all fantastic. After moving home from overseas I tried so many studios that seemed impersonal, didn’t focus enough on form or rushed through the class but Pilates Hard delivered everything I was looking for. I’ve now been a regular for a few years and couldn’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

Unleashed Strength & Conditioning - NSW

Georgia Pantic My teenage son and I have been training with Jeremy for about three months. This has been such a great experience for both of us. My son has gained so much confidence and thoroughly enjoys the challenge in getting (and beating!) his personal best. Jeremy has a calm demeanour and has a wealth of knowledge that is reflected in the programs he has written for both of us. I would highly recommend Jeremy for PT.

TLC Health Clubs - Mordialloc - NSW

Kate Shum Fantastic range of state of the art equipment, cardio, free weights and machines. Pilates classes are great, have also tried the HIIT sessions and they are also excellent. I got a personalised program when I started, with three different work outs for plenty of variety.
