The Junction Gym - Castle Hill (NSW)

Dallas Brunsdon Absolutely love this gym!! The owners Dom & Jess were so welcoming and supportive.The vibe is always amazing, super positive, motivating and full of great energy. The coaches are also very supportive and always encouraging. It’s not just about fitness tho it’s about being part of incredible community, great mindset and showing up for yourself. It’s also kid friendly which is a bonus for parents. Best decision I have made for both my fitness and mental health.

Jawad Arain Great outdoor gym which has a cross trainer, ab-hip swinger, chest press, shoulder press/lat pulldown, cycle seat, stepper, rowing machine and Ezy Rider. Next to the Merri Creek Trail, so watch out for bikes whizzing.

Tom Baker Brilliant gym, excellent trainers and everyone that comes here is super friendly. The equipment is modern, great facilities (showers etc) and it never seems over crowded. Ive been training for years but achieving better results and enjoying my sessions more since I started at Prime.
