Xintong Li I came in with a very stiff neck after sleeping badly, which only got worse over two days. William treated me and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He is very friendly, easy to chat to, and extremely professional. In addition to the massage, he took the time to explain the reason behind my pain, gave me exercises to help recovery, and even suggested how I could adjust my workstation for a healthier setup. After just two sessions I already feel much better. Before my second session, I developed some on-and-off pain again, which he explained clearly and treated with massage — the pain was completely gone afterwards. I left feeling both relaxed and reassured. Highly recommend William for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physio!
