Her YinSide home space is calming with soothing music that sets the tone for relaxation and focus as soon as you arrive. Michelle is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly grounding. She guides the class with a calm and encouraging tone, offering modifications for all levels and ensures everyone is comfortable. The flow is well-paced and challenging enough to build heat, but balanced with moments of stillness and deep stretching. I always walk out feeling reset both in my body and my mind. The final savasana is especially peaceful, as she applies oils and leaves me feeling refreshed and centered. Whether youre a beginner or a seasoned yogi, I highly recommend this class. It’s a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself and your body.

Her warmth and nurturing presence create a safe, supportive space especially for women. The way Shell shares her deep knowledge helps you understand exactly how the breath and movement work together to support your body from the inside out. I always feel a shift, moving from running on adrenaline to stepping into the rest of my day with calm and clarity. By the end of the class, I feel like I’m floating, more grounded, and far more resilient to daily stress. The hardest part? Not falling asleep in the final pose, shavasana. But even if you do, Shell is there to gently and gracefully bring you back. This class is a gift.

Stealth BJJ Macclesfield - NSW

Richard My son (13) moved to Stealth in August this year having been at another nearby MMA gym since he was 4 years old. After a few sessions it became clear that the standard at Stealth was significantly higher and Alex told me he felt he didnt deserve the yellow and black belt he had on. At his request he was regraded, to a grey belt.. 4 belts lower! So despite attending 2 lessons a week for the past 8 years he was about 4 years behind the level he shouldve been at... I wasnt impressed! Anyway, it was water off a ducks back to Alex, he just instantly clicked with George and the other kids and coaches down at Stealth. The difference in his whole attitude towards going to the gym has totally changed. He absolutely loves going now because hes learnt so much and his progress Im told has been exponential in just a few months. Alex competed in his first competition today and got a Silver medal. I highly recommend Stealth.
