1 /5 Alice D.: Extremely extremely rude customer service, called from a landline, and expecting me to provide all my personal details over the phone to tell me whats the reason for the call.
When i refused and said i cant provide all my details over the phone like this, she got to this high up position and told me that i know that i have business with Toyota Finance and know this call is legit? Which doesnt make any sense, so I told her that all scammer calls says, from ATO, Sydney water, Comm bank so this doesnt make me feel any safer with you?? Then she got angry and said if i dont provide i wont know the issue and this will be proceed to the next stage and face consequences???
So i said to her, send me an email, then i will go from there. She said to me is the same thing, you will need to call us back and provide all you information, and it will be delayed and with further consequences???? Shes not making any sense here.
Recommendation: stop using all these old woman that thinks themselves as the all mighty god that controls the customers life and death, have some proper traning
