We live in regional NSW, quite far from Marrickville, so working with Felipe and Matt to get an idea of what the car is like etc was a seamless procedure with video calls and all questions answered. On pick up day the car most definitely exceeded my expectations! It is immaculate and drives like a dream. Also big shout out to Ben who worked above and beyond with the finance side of things and to the whole team being accomodating to my two little children on pick up day! Being an interstate buyer it was important to me not to waste my time (and a flight). The process was seamless and didnt have any surprises. Sean pulled out all stops to ensure that the car was spotless and ready for me to drive back to Melbourne on the day we agreed and even started work earlier to accommodate my early flight in.
