When I reached out for clarification, I was told that was the set price and that I had to pay. I do not want to receive an automated message asking if I wanted to discuss this further, even though I had already reached out and received no resolution, Based on this experience, I will not be using or recommending this business."

1 /5 James: Unethical practice. Similar to feedback given on other review sites. They look for opportunities to break their work down into 1 min chunks so they can charge for 6 mins of work. As a result I was charged $100 for them responding to a one paragraph email essentially saying “yes we will wait for you to send your document”. Whilst ‘might’ be legally sound, they are ethically questionable, hiding behind their multi page legal services agreement. Buyer beware.
