Natalie and Andrea were so welcoming and knowledgeable and guided me beautifully through my first few sessions. I have never felt so energised after exercise and would walk home feeling somehow taller than when I went in! Ive now returned to the UK and havent found anywhere that comes close to this studio. Its a gem - friendly, fun, energising but calming and great value for money. Thank you both :)

The membership options are great and am liking the 8 class fortnight flexibility. All of the instructors are terrific and the variety of exercises they deliver keeps it so interesting. Classes are a nice size and everyone is so lovely and personable. A great vibe, professional yet friendly.

I did my first reformer class with Renata and she ensured I had the correct techniques, exercises and weights to make sure I returned safely. Its a lovely studio with space for prams so the baby can sleep while you exercise. Really easy to communicate with them and there are a range of membership options which just make life easier with little kids.

Wonderful owners focused on offering a superb experience. 3. Friendly and very experienced instructors. 4. Great classes that give results. 5. Spacious, beautiful, airy boutique environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for better posture, abs, strength, flexibility, stretch and great rehab exercises.
