Ashley Thacker Their customer service is so poor I would suggest that no one uses them. The way John and Michelle talk to their clients is utterly disgusting and the sheer contempt they have towards when you question their work extremely unprofessional. They send bills without completing any work then then when it is questioned they refuse to discuss it or give any breakdown on what the charges we for. Take my advice NEVER use this company. They are only about themselves and nothing about their clients.
