1 /5 chris c: so after considerable amount of effort to convince my brother in law to take a step towards his gambling problem we got in touch with gambling help line which they directed us to Sutherland Wesley Counselling Services and mad an appointment with them. my brother in law turned up on time to be greeted by the rudest staff WITH ATTITUDE saying to him that the counsellor is out of the office and the staff did not know where he is. staff didnt make an effort to find out whats happening. after 53 minutes passed on my brother law waiting he decided to ask the staff of what he should do next they replied. SORRY I CANNOT HELP YOU. hes got a shock which left a whole lot of mess for the whole family to deal with again and lost hopes
