1 /5 Soames Job: They really dont deserve even one star. I was promised a call back by the branch manager regarding an account. he seemed reasonable at the time but there has been no follow-up, and no delivery on promises. Since that promise I have called many times (long after the promised call back was due) and been told the second time that that they were looking into it. Since then my calls (usually to the voicemail) are just not returned. If you want decent service dont come here. I will be leaving when this account matures.

1 /5 Joshua Ripphausen: Went into the bank this morning due to my bank account and travelling overseas. The large blonde headed lady at the front desk was so unpleasant and rude and did not want to help us. She spoke so poorly to other customers. It appeared as though she did not enjoy her job, which I think if that’s the case she should get a new one. We rang the bank and advised of the situation and the manager was very helpful and took it as a complaint. This has left us questioning if we will remain customers at Westpac Bank

5 /5 Jacqueline Kaati: I am so pleased with the wonderful banking service and great customer service that I continually receive at the Dee Why branch. Samiuela, the branch manager goes out of his way to assist with all my banking needs and really is an asset to this branch.

1 /5 Julie Miller: Also had a bad experience with the large blonde lady being super rude… we deposited notes in the ATM and when one of them wasn’t recognised but taken away, she told us we had to call instead of her helping because the ATM was a separate entity. Finally we got her to help (she actually had to walk to the ATM, which clearly was such a pain for her), apparently the note was folded and caused a problem. If she had her way, we would’ve lost that money completely.
