1 /5 Cici: This was by far the worst banking experience Ive ever had. The staff at Westpac were extremely cold and unhelpful — not only did they refuse to take any responsibility, but they kept pushing me around like a problem to be avoided. What’s worse, one of the staff even rolled their eyes at me right in front of my face — a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect. I came in with a friendly attitude, just to ask a few questions about some services, but was met with impatience and dismissiveness throughout the entire interaction. It was a deeply frustrating experience. If youre expecting to be treated with respect and have your issues properly addressed, I strongly recommend staying away from this bank.

1 /5 marco tse: I got cash out from the cashier. She wrote my card number on the piece of paper before handing me the receipt. I have been to other stores and they have never written my card number on a piece of paper. Seems a bit dodgy. I should have read the review before going to this place.

I went to this bank in eastwood and they didn’t even offer to help, they literally just gave me the westpac number to ring in order to sort the situation out. I rung westpac, then they told me i needed to go to a branch, which I did. Staff are disinterested on even solving a simple issue, there was one other person in there and they put him infront of me, maybe due to the fact they are the same nationality or potentially a family member? Anyway, it doesn’t even matter. These reviews are true and it’s not even a racism thing, i honestly just think they are lazy and don’t care. I then spent 3 hours on the phone to westpac following this, where i have taken even further measures to make a larger complaint to Westpac Eastwood. This service is not okay and affects peoples lives. I would never recommend this place, which ever race you are.
