1 /5 Edouard Melquiond: Been a Westpac customer for years at Westpac can’t believe the customer service at this Branch… Tina He absolutely useless at the counter… Hiding behind quote “it’s company policies” instead of bringing an explanation on why when you have a clear question being asked ? Not surprised on the bad ratings at this place…

1 /5 Caileen Cachia: Absolute shambles. Tried to open a child’s account and every single thing that could go wrong did. 7 weeks later still no card so no access to funds. Tried to call and was told someone would call me back. They never did. Can only speak to me about the account with child in tow and are only open during school hours. Made such a mess of everything that even the online help people are powerless to fix it. Avoid at all costs!
