Being a teller, refusing count the money by hand front of the customer, so please don’t work in the bank. Giving such a bad and poor working attitude and arguing with the customer. What is customer service you provide? Also there is a lady (staff) just step in and can’t sort out the problem. How to sort out the issue, ask your colleague Liam just do a double count instead of answering me the machine mostly time are correct.
Really, please train some of your un-professional staff doing the correct thing and improve the Westpac image!
