5 /5 Shirley Spain: I recently twice called into your branch requiring some assistance and on both occasions was attended to by a young gentleman named Aaron. I am 75 & am embarrassed to say that sometimes I find some applications either never used before or used once in a blue moon a little daunting however on both occasions I have had the help of Aaron. I am very impressed with his excellent customer service & he has made me feel very comfortable about my inability to know the working of the apps. I also work in customer service & appreciate the excellent service that Aaron provided & believe this should be acknowledged. Thank you.

5 /5 Ruth Currey: After such a bad experience 2.5 years ago with Westpac Warringah Mall I wasnt keen on dealing with them again. Today I had a meeting with Abhi who was fantastic. He explained everything, nothing was too hard. He told me before it started the whole process could take up to 90 minutes to finalise which it did.

The atm still money everytime I deposited Im short I have to wait until next day to get my money back, the service is really bad I think thats why now the put signs everywhere saying bad behaviour wont be tolerate because they drive people crazy with long queue and not solving issues

1 /5 Mary Jane Cunanan: I visited the Westpac branch at Warringah Mall this morning and was very disappointed with the service. I waited for quite a while, but it felt like they simply didn’t care about me or the concerns I had. There was no sense of urgency or customer support. I left feeling ignored and frustrated. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a major bank.

2 /5 Tina T: This bank ALWAYS has long queues. Its an absolute joke. Most staff are pleasant but waiting times are discouraging. Would change banks but I come for my dad. Commonwealth across the way, much more efficient.
