1 /5 Or Giladi: I engaged Peter Williams to assist in the sale of a small business. In our initial phone call he came across as professional and personable. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there. Peter was never available when I called, never returned phone calls and simply ignored my emails, to the point that he was for all intents and purposes uncontactable. He then deducted his fee from the sale deposit without bothering to obtain my written or verbal consent. When I queried the bill and asked for a breakdown of the hours dedicated to my matter Peter did not bother to respond. Needless to say, I will not be using Peters services again.

2 /5 Conway Amelia “Mia”: We used Peter originally to buy our home and he was great hence the two stars! But when we came back to sell a few years later we had someone called Lexie, whom didnt respond to calls or emails, did the bare minimum and didnt even tell us we needed to discharge our mortgage or communicate with us in anyway once we had sold our property. We had to move to another lawyer halfway through selling, and he was shocked how little had been done or communicated. I give two stars because Peter himself is great. But unfortunately the person we got gave a terrible service.
