I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength and fitness since joining, and the supportive community makes every workout even more enjoyable. I’ve even enrolled my daughter in the teen striking classes, and she absolutely love it! It’s been a fantastic experience for the whole family. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get fight fit!

Rhyse Nelson is an outstanding coach, patient, skilled, and dedicated to every students progress. His gym has a fantastic welcoming culture that makes it a perfect place to train!

Richard Stenlake John and the team at Edge Fit are great team of trainers, they are very knowledgable and they are really helpful with the correct techniques on how to get fit and train. Julia is my PT and she has been awesome. I am personally not a fan of the gym but they make it a very welcoming experience and it is enjoyable to train there, thanks Team!

Harriet Tilly KX Turramurra is honestly the best!! The instructors are SO friendly and welcoming and the classes are unreal. Love this studio so much, best vibe and such a lovely community feel! Couldn’t recommend them more
