Tegan Muriwai Amazing gym. Super clean friendly environment. Great knowledgeable coaches that are always there to help the students achieve their goals. Awesome new top of range fitness equipment that’s well managed and looked after. There is absolutely no ego’s in this gym and this is a massive reason why the members also feel comfortable and encouraged, everyone is there to help each other.

Bev Duthie Loved our brunch at Elements today! Lots of delicious and healthy food choices. We were served with a smile and the food was delivered to our table quickly with beautiful hot drinks. The environment is decorated well and had loads of natural light which is inviting. Despite the cafe being quite busy, staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you for another lovely visit to the peninsula! We look forward to coming again.
