5 /5 Casey Turner: I came to York Jewellers, Warriewood on a Tuesday and asked if it was possible to have a ring for the Saturday (5 days later) for urgent family reasons. Jacqui called up straight away to see if they had the ring I wanted in other stores, which they didn’t. She said they would help me custom make one and it would be ready by the Saturday. The ring ended up being ready 2 days later, where the turnaround time would normally be 3 weeks. Jacqui was so lovely and personable from start to finish and I’m incredibly grateful for the team being so proactive and getting the ring to me in time. Thanks ladies!

Ana and Jacquie were both incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, making the process feel special from start to finish. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us in finding the perfect rings for our big day. We couldn’t be happier with the service and our beautiful bands, highly recommend!

1 /5 Grace Bird: It was very disappointing. My husband purchased me a gift, which I wanted to return as we cant afford it right now. Two days later, I took it back, only to have them abruptly say there are no refunds and that I can exchange it for something else. The receipt says, "Online purchases can be refunded within 21 days." Now, I understand these were purchased in-store, but as the recipient, I had not seen them before which is the same affect as purchasing online. The store gave me no choice and said I just had to choose something from the in-store. Reluctantly, I did, and they told me that the item wasnt available in the store right now and could be ordered in. Three weeks later, I called to follow up on the order for them to tell me its been there waiting. Dont recommend. Response: Sure, you can contact me. I believe you have my details in your system.

A huge thank you to her for exceptional customer service and going the extra mile(s), going out of her way to drive the ring to the workshop for resizing on a public holiday. Perfect ring, perfect size in time for a big birthday celebration.
