1 /5 Grace Bird: It was very disappointing. My husband purchased me a gift, which I wanted to return as we cant afford it right now. Two days later, I took it back, only to have them abruptly say there are no refunds and that I can exchange it for something else. The receipt says, "Online purchases can be refunded within 21 days." Now, I understand these were purchased in-store, but as the recipient, I had not seen them before which is the same affect as purchasing online.
The store gave me no choice and said I just had to choose something from the in-store. Reluctantly, I did, and they told me that the item wasnt available in the store right now and could be ordered in. Three weeks later, I called to follow up on the order for them to tell me its been there waiting.
Dont recommend.
