2 /5 999t007 (999t): Been here a handful of times over the past 7 years, and somehow its gotten worse every time. Not just the food, but the service too. Ordered garlic, cheese oregano pizza today & to say the least, it was the worst Ive ever had from here or anywhere.
Consistency of the dough was bad... Undercooked in the middle, and all I could, and still can taste is the yeast/wheat flour. Additionally, the mozzarella cheese was very chewy and stale even minutes after ordering. Also, the cheese was inundated with a sickly sweet garlic oil, leaving my fingers coated with enormous amounts of oil even just touching a slice for 1 second.
To top it off, the counter-lady serving customers today was too busy having a chat to her favourite customer, and didnt notice that 3 pizzas already finished (incl. mine). Once it was noticed, she hastily packaged mine without looking (whilst still talking to the other customer) and handed it without looking at me or saying a single kind word. I had to assume it was my order and took it, said thank you and didnt get any response back. Abysmally rude & favouritism service. Its a true shame, because over the years Ive noticed the steep decline in service and food quality. No more warm greetings or kind words, just take the cash, get your undercooked chewy pizza and go.
If you want real manoush, with lovely service, Id recommend travelling a few kilometres down to Mortdales Lulus Bakery or Peakhursts Manoosh on park.
