5 /5 Gita Suari: I always feel happy every time I come to Nikaido Neutral Bay. The food is delicious and the service is great—friendly and attentive. The meat is very tender, and my favorites are the Rich Cut, Special Wagyu Rib, and Special Wagyu Rump. I also love the chicken cartilage, and there are so many new side dishes to try, which makes every visit exciting. Highly recommended and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

1 /5 Emy S.: I was there yesterday, had premium buffet for 2pp , it was very disappointed , sashimi and meat were not fresh, tuna worst, not fresh and fishy smell , color and texture should be not like this, seems like defrosted many time, meat was dark purple color as it’s off. And when customer ordered premium, you might expect you will get good quality and fresh food but you get bad quality food and you can order meat in one set was ordering , normally I was in the other I always order variety meat to try and let order what we prefer again but here you can’t try which one you like and order later, it can order again after 15 mins and can’t order more than one or two serving in one time, it’s so annoy, so I was full from side dishes , even I was there on Saturday but not much people, if quality like this I recommended new customer to go to get this price in city mush better, I’ve got recommend from my friend for this restaurant couple years ago, this time not that good as my friend told me anymore, NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!

5 /5 S T: Tried the $55 weekday special, loved it. Big variety although a few more beef options would have been good. Fantastic customer service, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, always smiling, unlike most BBQ places Ive been too. So quick to bring dishes out too (sometimes helped by the robot which was cool!). Nice ambience too, the setup felt very Japanese and brought back good memories of my trips to Japan. All in all very satisfied, would love to come back and try the more premium packages.

1 /5 Laura wei: If you are looking for All you can eat, recommend looking for somewhere else. The re-order in every15-minute rule is restrictive, especially given there is already a 90min dinning limit in place. And you can only order a maximum quantity of two each time, not sure if it is max one each person, as we have two ppl dinning. The serving portion is also pitiful. We booked for 5:30, and arrived 10 min early, the last order reminder was sent to the iPad at 6:1x. The worst part is the food quality. The "all you can eat" wagyu dishes are all meat scraps and trimmings. I guess if you book later at night time, when the trimming parts are all gone, you may be lucky to have real wagyu meat. When I asked the waitress about it, she explained that the menu photos present the A La Carte quality, and that these do not apply to the “all you can eat” menu because their system does not support two sets of pictures. However, there is no explanation of this anywhere on the website or ordering system. And she says she will pass the msg to owner. If we knew this, we would definitely order A La Carte. Me and my daughter barely eat, we end up ordering ice cream to fill and leave the meat on the plate untouched. The food is extremely disappointing for $80 each for so called premium all you can eat.
