1 /5 Jonathan Peate: The worst experience. Ordered at 6:23pm with a 30 minute wait, so expected delivery at 6:53pm. Get to 6:53 on the tracker and pushes back to 6:58, get to 6:58 pushes back to 7:01, get to 7:01 pushes back to 7:07, get to 7:14, still apparently going to be delivered at 7:07. Finally get to 7:20pm and it was delivered according to the tracking, but nope still no pizza, so try to call the store using the Pizza Hut number, doesn’t go through, try again and still no luck. Third times the charm and this time get straight through to their message bank, so decided to drive to the store to see what was going on. Took 7 minutes, and got the at 7:30pm. Spoke to the guy at store, he called the driver and said it was 3-4 minutes away, traffic was really bad apparently (even though I didn’t see any of it on my drive to the store) and the driver must’ve “accidentally” swiped that it was delivered. I should add that the real-time tracking never actually turned on, so who knows. Pizza finally arrives at 7:45pm, only an hour late, and of course super cold and hard as a brick. Not to mention that this has to be one of the worst looking super supremes that I have ever seen and they forgot to bring the chips that were part of the order. Honestly, if this is the best that Pizza Hut can do, it’s a good time to buy some shares in Dominos!
