I had checked in using the Just Cut app and was expecting to be served within the estimated timeframe. However, upon inquiry, I was informed that there would be an additional 40-50 minute wait, despite the app indicating a 20-minute wait.
I was told that the discrepancy was due to the staff not having time to check in walk-in customers, which affected the accuracy of the apps wait time estimate. I was disappointed to hear this, as the purpose of the app is to provide a reliable and efficient check-in process.
Furthermore, I felt that the staff members response was unhelpful and dismissive, suggesting that it was my choice to either wait or leave. I hope that in the future, the establishment will take steps to ensure that the apps wait time estimates are accurate and reliable, and that staff will provide better communication and customer service.
