Mirabelle Nail Salon - Burwood (NSW)

1 /5 Kaete Michelle: This place is absolutely NOT worth any money. I paid $65 for gel colour on my toenails and fingernails. Neither was baked, they used a spray to set them and then told me to sit for 5 minutes. The next day, I had a shower and 4 of the finger nails had significant chips in them. As I was away for a wedding, I had to go and get them redone at another nail salon which cost me $35. Less than a week later, the toenails have also started to chip off. I went in to speak to the staff and showed them photos and they refused to refund my money, saying I should have come and seen them to get them fixed. When I explained I was away and couldn’t come back to them - they offered me a $20 gift voucher. I’ve never had a pedicure chip off within days and never seen gel polish come off from one shower. Horrible service all round.

1 /5 Alisha Sherchan: I went in for a French SNS, and it was a letdown. The French tips were uneven, and the paint wasn’t clean or crisp. It looked rushed and not up to standard. Very disappointing overall. I will definitely not be returning, and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 Marsha Ma: The apprentice lady cut my finger today and it was bleeding as hell… I am very pregnant, I screamed, I was also in tears as it was that painful!! But I forced myself not to cry so it doesn’t affect my baby. She didn’t even apologise for what she has done to me, instead, she asked me ‘ do you want to change?’ I don’t know what that means, so I asked the manager to give me a bandage, which she did but she still charged me $50!! I wanted to lodge a complaint with Fair training but my husband stopped me as I’m very pregnant and cannot afford to waste time and energy on this incidence. I wish there was 0 start to give to this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone regardless of how busy other places are, please AVOID those ruthless ladies!! They are highly unprofessional, rude and unapologetic. They also speak their own language so you don’t understand if they are talking about you or what, anyway, it makes me uncomfortable at all time while I was there! I have never seen a ruthless business like this. This was the first time and the last time I visited this place as there is no worse business than this!
