1 /5 lara: if you care about yourself and your nails don’t come here. this salon does not care about hygiene or the safety of their clients in the slightest. went for a pedicure and it was clear they don’t clean and sanitise their tools at all. same drill bits, files and TOWELS on all clients. unbelievable. the nail tech that i had for my appointment today was extremely rough and i left with two bloody and swollen toes. i just hope and pray i don’t end up with an infection. when he noticed my toes bleeding initially he brushed it off and put my feet back in the water. when we brought them out and noticed they were bleeding more, he got some random towel and wiped the blood. then he took the built up skin from the cuticle cutter and used it to stop the bleeding on my two toes???? what the hell kind of solution is that. then he used some blue solution which i can assume is some sort of disinfectant, but he put the dropper RIGHT on my wounds and then right back in the drawer it came from without even wiping it. how unsanitary. when the bleeding still wouldn’t stop he would just wipe with a tissue every minute or so. when it came time to paint my toes he didn’t even try to get rid of the dried blood (or new blood lol) and painted right over it. i can only imagine the kind of bacteria that’s going to grow in those bottles. i was too shy to say anything in the store but i am insanely upset at this treatment, i barely even got a sorry from him. how can they operate like this?? i left with cut up toes and a terrible pedicure and out $65. i really hope they’re more careful with their clients in the future and start prioritising hygiene because this is unacceptable. i wish i could give them a zero.
