4 /5 Sarah-Jane Warren: We recently visited during the school holidays as we were in the locality.
Being that we have visited the Blue Mountains over 20+ times over the years, we are glad we finally took the time to slow the pace down and take in the scenery.
Definitely recommend booking tickets online in advance. The earlier a session the better in my opinion (as by lunch time it is packed!)
We entered at 9am and took the first ride around 9.40am as we first orientated ourselves to the area etc.
The walks are magnificent, with enough to keep even the little ones occupied with the sights.
By 10am the rides started getting relatively busy, so as I said the earlier the better in our opinion.
We also pre booked lunch but sadly wouldnt say it was worth it.
The shoestring fries were very so so.
There was no information online for those with disabilities and having a carer attend (using a companion card). We also tried to call ahead but sadly the ticketing line was closed by the time we made the decision to book tickets.
With no clear indication on weather they allow assistance via a companion card, we had to book a second adult in case they did not have the allowance.
Thankfully the experience as a whole definitely made up for the experience.
