2 /5 Shannyn Lee: First time I went here, the ladies did a great job and were very open to my request for claw nails. Provided a quote that was more than a normal full-set, but I was receiving more work, so that was absolutely fine and I had no problem paying. Second time around was a bit less welcoming but still a good job. 3rd time around, a new male worker was there and the women were suddenly quite cold to my mum and I. The man originally questioned me getting my nails done there and the ladies had to tell him that yes, I had got my nails done there before, because he didnt believe me. He proceeded to tell me Id be paying $65 more than I originally was quoted for my nails, while in the middle of my appointment. I could see the shape of my nails wasnt what I was looking for or what I had received twice previously, and when I asked the ladies if theyd like to see a picture of the shape again before they got too far in to it, they insisted no, they know what theyre doing. My nails came out all different shapes and lengths. My thumb nail was so crooked it bent outwards and when I asked if they could fix it, they said no, theyve done too much work on it now. I voiced my concerns during the appointment about how my nails were turning out and when I wasnt happy afterwards, to be told its too late to fix and then still expected to pay for the work is less than professional. I hate to say it but seems the man was there just to try make the company more money, and on that same day they lost 3 customers in just the hour and a bit that I was there. Another lady in front of me questioned why things were changing and why she was going to have to pay $25 more for the same service as well and when told thats how things were now, she said shed no longer be coming back either. Bit disappointing. Expecting someone to pay $125 for an infill and basic colour is wild. All the work I have seen from the ladies here has been great! Originally the vibe felt warm and welcoming and the attention to detail and care that went in to my nails WAS awesome. But... it seems they pick and choose their customers which is such a shame.

There has been a misunderstanding. The prices we agreed upon before starting were all fine. The claw shape was discussed prior to my first appointment and agreed on a price which was later changed. During my last session where the ladies said no to seeing the shape I desired and had received twice before, leaving me with mishapen nails, was when the man who was there told me I would be paying $65 extra next session for the same shape, service and just a simple colour, no design. I refuse to believe there was a miscommunication last session as I had received the same shape twice before, and when I could see I wasnt receiving the shape I wanted, I asked if they would like to see the shape again and I was told "no, we know what we are doing". If anything, there was ZERO communication as no one spoke to me unless it was to tell me Id be charged more next session for the same service Id had before. My mum gave you another chance, coming in alone, and I met her afterwards and her nails were honestly the worst Id seen them. Different lengths and shapes, same issue I received in my last appointment. The nails I got after my first session vs my 3rd are non-comparable in quality, and they came from the same person. Seems to be very inconsistent regarding the standard of service the shop puts out/customers receive, which again, makes me believe customers are picked and chosen and others such as my mum and myself receive minimal care/effort.
