Tahsin Kaplan I attended the mat and tower/cadillac trainings with Amy at Corepower Pilates. It’s truly incredible how she shares her years of industry experience through these trainings. In addition to being a highly experienced Pilates instructor, she is also an amazing teacher. I came from a background with no connection to the field—only doing bodybuilding—and she played a major role in my rapid and impressive progress. I also had the opportunity to join many group classes during this process, and I genuinely recommend both her trainings and classes to everyone.

Cheryl Zhang Amy is amazing for postnatal recovery! She’s knowledgeable and tailors each session to my needs to focus on core strength and gentle progression. I can feel real improvement after each class. Highly recommend for any new mums looking for safe, effective postnatal Pilates.

Elaine Wangsawidjaja If you are looking to do a real workout, do not go to Steed. This gym is only built for photos and to look pretty. This gym has beautiful weightlifting platforms, bars and plates, but none of it is meant to be used. I reached out beforehand to check that this gym would be appropriate for my needs and was told it was fine to drop weights. Arriving there, I was greeted with a sign that said otherwise. I was told by the manager to ignore the sign. They received complaints so I was told to buy crash mats, which I did. They then kicked me out of the gym, refused to refund my membership, and refused to pay me back for the crash mats. Absolutely unethical gym that doesn’t know how their equipment is meant to be used. If you are only here to pretend to workout, sitting on a bike playing with your phone, this gym is perfect for you! Edit to respond to their comment below: Great job refusing to take responsibility for lying to me to begin with! Why would you tell me it’s fine to drop weights when it’s not allowed? I only bought the mats because you forced me to, and you only refunded me for my membership after I insisted and chased over many weeks.

Chloe C I’ve been training with Yani for about two years, and she has completely changed my life. When I first started, I was inconsistent, but with her support I’ve become active and genuinely love training now. With Yani’s help, I’ve lost around 8 kg, built healthy habits, and achieved things I never thought I could — like completing a 14 km run, competing in a powerlifting competition. Yani is firm when she needs to be, but always supportive and knowledgeable. Yani is also an incredible athlete herself, which makes her such an inspiring role model. I’m truly grateful to have her in my life and for the positive changes she’s helped me make. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

AZ Training with Yani has been an absolute game-changer. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and technique, but also knows exactly how to push you to your limits in a safe and motivating way. Every session is well-structured, challenging, and tailored to my goals, and I’ve seen real results both in strength and confidence. What sets Yani apart is her energy and attention to detail – she explains movements clearly, corrects form patiently, and always finds ways to keep things fresh and engaging. Beyond the workouts, she genuinely cares about her clients’ progress and wellbeing, which makes training with her such a positive experience. If you’re looking for a trainer who’s professional, supportive, and results-driven, I couldn’t recommend Yani more highly!

Colin Jacobson I have seen Ken on several occasions over the years. He is terrific. He quickly identifies the core problem, works on it, and then sends you home with diagrammatic drawings of exercises to be done. A great approach that cures.

J J Ken is a no nonsense, do the exercises fix the problem kinda Physio. He wont waste your time or your money promoting repeat visits if theyre not necessary. As an elite sportsman himself he understands how frustrating injuries can be and he wants all his clients, whatever age - whatever condition, want to be out there living their best life. Keep doing the good stuff Team Ken!
