5 /5 Jen Skabo: Mark at Simon Curwood Jewellers was so helpful in selecting an upgrade from a safety to chain to a 9 carat white gold slider chain for my 1/2 carat diamond pendant that was gifted to me by my partner for my milestone birthday. I wanted just the right length to layer with my other necklaces so I never have to take it off. He educated me on why the replacement was needed to keep the pendant secure whereas the safety chain would have eventually damaged the soft white gold. Highly recommend these jewellers for their expertise and customer service!
