The variety of workouts keeps things fresh, the trainers are awesome, and the community is incredibly supportive. Plus, exercising in a beautiful local park setting—rain, hail, or shine—makes every session enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend Syd Fit Club highly enough!

Marissa De Santis Anytime Fitness Menai is such an amazing gym – super clean, well equipped, and always has a great atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and it honestly feels like a community, not just a gym. A special shoutout to Pauline – she’s absolutely incredible! She goes above and beyond to support members, always greets you with a smile, and makes you feel so comfortable and motivated. Pauline truly cares about everyone’s fitness journey and it shows in the way she takes the time to help and encourage.
