Pete B I have been training with Peter at the Vision Viirtual Training studio in Camberwell for the last 6 months while the Caulfield studio was being finalised. I’ve attended a few gyms in my time and have even tried weight loss programs in an effort to keep fit and healthy. What I like about most about Vision Virtual Training is that the program looks at both diet and fitness together and not one or the other in isolation. With a few tweaks to the diet and a customised program that Peter created and managed, I was able to lose 10kg while significantly increasing muscle mass.
