1 /5 Carol Van Der Wijngaart: Watch needed new battery. Was replaced charged $20. Staff unable to reset date, tried myself when I got home for the whole winder pin to come out! Returned to complain, was told jeweller could fix it but would take 10 days. Whilst this discussion was happening staff continually kept placing watch on its face on top of counter until I asked this not happen. Staff members aid she did this to her watches all the time without scratches! Waited two weeks for a call that watch was ready, but eventually had to call them. Again waited another two days. Collected watch and found out that watch had needed to be balanced.it was perfectly fine prior to taking it for new battery. Requested refund, unable to work out how to cdo a credit, did give me my $20 back. Will not be returning
