We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter.
