I was presented with different treatment options and their costs while in the chair, with no surprise bill at the end of pressure to opt for extra treatments. I am a person with high anxiety around dental work and she was very gentle and patient with me through out the whole process. Kept explaining every step to me before she starts so I didnt have any suprises and that helped me to stay calm. She explained what is required before she beggins and the expected cost as well. Dr Shruthi and the team is a very kind and a friendly. The clinic is very new and clean with Friendly front desk staff. Im so glad that I found Bittern Detal and Dr Shruthi as my dentist.
