Sasha Rusanov Got a French tip acrylic set with only 2 stars painted on, just 2 fingers in total had small nail art. I got charged $95 for a really rushed job with wonky French tips. I’ve been going there for a while now and have loved them but now I’m upset because I have never paid that much for nails there. I had the exact same set done about 2 months ago and paid $80. Feeling really let down :( really wish they’d give me a refund or at least some money back.

Citra Kurniasih Greedy and disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable. First issue was the worker scratched my skin when peeling it off (bleeding skin picture attached). I thought that was just small accident hence I didnt complain cause they gave me first aid to stop the blood. Then unbelievable situation was The workers served next customer before they completely done my pedicure, even worse They even asked me to change the pedicure dryer position (right toes to left one) by myself on last finishing process, of course I didnt do it cause its their responsibility. I never experienced this unprofessional service. Is this the way this place serve customers? They didnt even inisiate to provide best service after hurting me, on the contrary they treated me so bad.

Jessica Batzmarowsky lovely staff however my nails are ruined. one of the ladies buffed down my natural nails almost down to the skin and no matter how many times I told her it was hurting, she kept going. My nails are now very sore and one was bleeding.

Ruby Singh Worst service ever. Please dont waste your money at this nail salon. I went there for manicures and pedicures, and I was the online person there. 2 ladies were there to provide the service. Shortly after the lady started doing my pedicure, a couple of more customers arrived. Without giving those customers a proper timeline, the staff insisted they sit. The second lady started serving the other lady, and the 3rd customer, after waiting for a while, asked if there was any other lady to serve apart from 2 of you. To which the staff got pained and left my manicure in the middle and went on to serve her without even informing me. Just abandoned me there that the other lady will serve you once she finishes doing the nails of the 2nd customer. No management and worst customer service. I got offended that I just paid for the pedicure and left the place immediately. And she didnt even do a good job on my pedicure. I didnt cut the cuticles properly, and the shape wasnt perfect either. So save your time and hard-earned money and go else where. Look at the uneven pedicure and manicure she left in the middle in the attached photos

Thoa Nguyen Best nail salon I’ve tried. I came here whole the time, the ladies were nice, they did such a great job (take care of my nails carefully, make sure I was happy or in a rush…) Highly recommend this place ❤️❤️❤️

Caoilin Milton This was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at 6pm and they weren’t closing until 7:30pm, yet the staff were rushing me from the second I sat down — both nail techs were tugging at my hands like they couldn’t get me out fast enough. I showed them a clear photo of the nails I wanted — French tips with a pink base — and they gave me a completely different nude colour. When I asked nicely if they could add a pinker shade over it, they shut me down and seemed visibly annoyed. They even turned off the music halfway through, creating the most awkward atmosphere, like I was a burden for simply being there. But the worst part — and I genuinely wish I was joking — is that a cockroach literally fell from the ceiling onto my hand while I was getting my nails done. I was absolutely horrified. One of the staff squashed it right there and wiped it inside the nail lamp. No apology, no acknowledgment, no attempt to clean up or reassure me. It was like they didn’t even care. To top it all off, the nails are not even well done — they’re lumpy, uneven, and bumpy. Definitely not worth the $80 I was charged for BIAB French. I walked out feeling shocked, uncomfortable, and completely ripped off. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Shauna Russell I got SNS applied on a Saturday, by Monday 2 nails had chipped off. I went back and they repaired the two nails, by Thursday a further 5 different nails chipped off. I went back today to have them removed as clearly either the product was terrible to not even last 2 days or the application was bad to begin with. The women refused to take the nails off as that was "A different service" so I would have to pay to get them taken off. She offered to fix them again which I really didnt want to do but she said "I promise theyll be great this time". I cannot believe the state of nails after she "fixed" them. Two of them are crooked and they are incredibly thick, I pointed this out while there and she just filed them again and that was it. Extremely disappointed with them
