Isobel Y Absolutely incredible experience. The hair threading was done professionally with limited pain. They didn’t thin out my eyebrows which is a massive plus! They’re kind and gentle as they can be and the aloe Vera gel applied at the end with the mini massage is a great ending to the whole experience. Highly recommend

Rachel SK Lee Lindsay is definitely one of the best Korean hairdresser who can manage Asian hair really well - whenever I find my hair style done, I cant help myself to make the next appointment with her. She always suggests me very trendy hair style just brought from Korea, which suits me perfectly. And what make me even respectful abouy her is that she strives to bring a better style to every customer with constant endeaver, as she practices her skills and pursuits a variety of styles every day. Ive never heard that even a skilled and fully-experienced hairdresser like her practices everyday, so this fact surprised me a lot. What I really like about her is that she is honest to every customer. She never recommends unnecessary stuff - tells them to do what they only need. As some hairdressers excessively ask customers to do more, which makes me uncomfortable, so this is a strength of her letting me come back to her all the time. Ive been aware of that she is capable with various hair from blonde to black - but as who has a high standard for the quality of my hair dressing from Korea, I strongly recommend her for whom has Asian hair, as she is the right hairdresser for you. Will definitely come back for coloring soon, Lindsay!

Marine ¨P I’ve been coming here regularly and overall, it’s a great spot - reliable, efficient, and they always manage to fit me in, even last minute, which I really appreciate. They’re open to different design ideas and do a really great job with shaping and refills. My BIAB nails have stayed strong and healthy since I started. That said, it’s not a spa-like experience. The atmosphere can be a bit rushed, and while it’s completely fine that the staff speak in their own language, there are moments where it feels like they might be talking about you, which can be uncomfortable. The level of nail art skill really depends on who you get - some a great and some less so will take longer. So if you want a specific design, definitely ask ahead and make sure they’re comfortable with it. If you’re after great value, efficient service, and strong nails without the frills, this place is absolutely perfect. I keep going back.

Charlotte Horrible and dangerous!! Dont ever have a service here. Today I went to have my legs waxed. The person kept on putting wax despite my skin being red. I was laying down so I didnt realise until I felt the acute pain. I ended up with hematomas, which are bad bruises on my leg (see photo). I note that I took the photos at least 1.5 hour later, and it looks much better now. I told them to stop as no one cared and they continued to wax my other leg, in a rough way No one apologised! One of them then went to get the machine to charge me for leaving me like this. Pathetic. Im never coming back here.

Mak P This was my first time here and I usually feel awkward as a man going and getting waxing done. However, everyone here was very professional and Chan was fantastic, I’ve never had someone take so much care to make sure it was done well, and the price is very reasonable too, I left very happy. Will definitely come back!

Jessica Glynn I’ve been to this salon twice now and each time I have been quite impressed. The nail techs are able to do any nail design you show them, even if they are not satisfied with it the first time, they will redo it to their and your liking. I had two techs working on my nails on Boxing Day, and I really liked the young tech’s filing and shaping. She made my nails very square, and sharp on the edges. The other tech did a great job with the painting, designs and drilling, however I would recommend the young nail tech if she works regularly (I have not seen her since Boxing Day, so I hope to book with her again sometime). Tons of parking in front of the salon. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the area, especially if you like trendy nail designs.

Fiona Hughes So disappointed with the service today. I booked an appointment for me and a friend for a Mani/ Pedi at 2:45. We were kept waiting for 45 minutes before anyone touched us. I have just walked out 2 hours later! and I just had paint! No shellac or gel. No apology. I used to recommend this place they habitually run late. Don’t take bookings if you won’t honor them. Sadly, they don’t care. I won’t be back.

Gillian Coleman I visited the Salon today for a blow wave. Helen did my hair. She was delightful and gave me a beautiful blow wave - bouncy and full bodied. It was a very good experience and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this salon and the services of Helen. I will return to the salon on my next trip to Melbourne. Thank you Helen.
