Therapist was thorough and did a good job but I felt tricked into staying for an extra session.. instead of treating across my chin and lower lip as requested she only did one side higher up so I had no choice than to pay for an additional 15 minutes to even up the other side as it hadnt been touched. It would have been nice if she could have spent just a few minutes more to treat the few obvious hairs left along the jaw as well as goodwill considering how much I paid

Lincoln Patten The PEDICURE was PHENOMEMNAL. I couldnt recommend a better location, this is the best in all of Elwood. Curtis soft hands make it even more brilliant. The nail painting was so skilled and delicate, nothing compares. Curtis is so kind, yet sometimes quite rough. Although he has priorities, including maintaining his level 632 Fort Account, he cares about his clients so much. Will be visiting agains soon!!!

Ruby Glew I had the crispy pork rice bowl ($17) and 6x pork and veg dumplings ($9.50) pickup. The pork rice bowl had rice, pork, two slices of cucumber and some grated carrot and came in a paper bowl with plastic lid, serviette, paper fork and wooden chopsticks. The pork was quite salty, fatty and there was a lot of crackling so if you like that kind of thing you’ll enjoy it. The pork dumplings were pan fried but a little cold on the inside still and a teeny bit undercooked on the outside. No sauce with the dumplings. They are in a paper container with a plastic handle. Overall I’m not sure I’d eat here again but willing to give them another try because it was their first day opening. The rice was nice.

Lisa Sjoblom Super fresh and delicious rice paper rolls, I had the chicken turmeric. The raw green salad is heavenly and the dressing sublime, next level crispy pork with crackling that was light and crunchy. Will be a regular here!!

I have never ever been happier with my nails, she is an absolute GUN, a trail blazer and an elite in her field! Natasha has acquired several certificates in beauty and has previously owned her own nail salon in France. Being French Natasha is witty, funny and very charismatic! We always have the best chats and I know this because everyone around us always chimes in or listens intently to what we are gass-bagging about. My time with Natasha is always immensely anticipated and very much enjoyed. Her attention to detail is unparalleled and I can see that she is adored and valued by her team.

They’re true nail artists and while my personal nail tastes run very vanilla, their attention to detail is top notch bordering on OCD. And when something isn’t perfect, they’ll fix it, no questions asked.

Whether I get SNS or Evo the nail technicians here do beautiful work. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years in various places and this Nail Spa is the best Ive found in Elwood and Ive been to all of them. The staff are genuinely friendly which I also appreciate. Highly recommend you try this nail salon.

I had a great experience, Glen was fantastic and corrected a horrible hair cut that I had overseas about 2 months ago. He made some suggestions about what I should do and was really great at explaining what he was doing. The other lady in the salon (I cant remember her name) was lovely and chatty and I felt really welcome. Honestly, this is the best experience Ive ever had at a hair dressers! Over the past few years Ive tried lots of salons in the bayside/Port Melbourne area and Red are by far the happiest and most normal. I felt really at home, they are not at all pretentious, which is refreshing. My hair looks AMAZING and I would happily recommend them to anyone!

Trudi Hedley A smile goes a long way. Was the only customer there today and felt like I had interrupted them. Went in as a treat for a pedicure and manicure and left feeling depressed. Not a welcoming place at all. I don’t mind paying an extra $20 for using my card rather than cash but it would have felt more deserved if the customer service made me feel welcomed. Cold spa water, had to reach across my own body to get the manicure done rather than the therapist move to accommodate me. Truly disappointing. Nails were fine but I won’t return and will take my custom elsewhere.
