mounika .k I had the worst experience in this Casey central skin boutique. I always go to Mt.Eliza & staff there are super friendly but the staff here are so rude. I was late for 10minutes to my appointment as I couldn’t find the store location as it’s my first time & they said since I’m late they can’t do my laser as they have other appointments & I was on the phone with them during my appointment time asking them directions. As I couldn’t locate the store. Also I purchased the laser treatments for my mum using my email details. But booked an appointment under my mums name & when we went there the staff said they can’t transfer it as it’s under my name. I booked the session nearly a month ago for my mum & what did the staff do when I booked it & only informed me after we went to the appointment that they can’t do it for mum & have to purchase a new one for her. It’s such a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my family members & friends.

Rebecca Hemmersbach Was treated like a germ when I last went there on Friday 1st November for my appointment. My doctor requested that I get a sample of my toe nails to be analysed for an infection. I was told "we cant touch those" as in my feet and that I would need to go to a podiatrist. I was allowed to dry my feet and leave, I was so humilidated in front of 10 other clients that I just left....... I went to podiatrist and was told that I have a nail infection which I caught from your salon because the tools are not sterilised..... I think that you need to ensure that your tools are clean in future so that it doesnt happen to others. Im suffering with major depressive disorder and am struggling to deal with this sort of customer service. My toe nails are about to fall off because of your salon, I am not impressed!!! Thanks for your reply, how dare you imply that I am being dishonest, I had a 10am appointment on the 1st November and was seated in the 1st chair with my feet in the water soaking when you approached me.... You claim that this incident didnt happen but amazingly you remember me coming in! And I said nothing about my nails hurting!!!
