Gabriel Sanding We came for a second opinion on a plan I received from a different children’s dentist closer to home. I was not comfortable with how many procedures were listed in the plan and honestly it was too expensive for us. Dr Linda did a consultation/exam first and gave us a new treatment plan which was reasonable and within our budget (this was before she knew we had already seen someone else). We still have to go under the general anaesthetic route but at least we had a choice in having only urgent treatment done for now. She was very understanding and sensitive of our situation and we can’t thank her enough.

Christopher Ekwebelam I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. From the moment we walked in, the service we received was highly professional. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Linda is very knowledgeable and puts your child at ease with her warm and friendly manner. We will definitely be back again.

Mariam Ariya I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I was only 10 minutes late, but the dentist seemed rushed and not very understanding. A few months ago, I had fillings done here, and they’ve already broken and are now causing pain. I also had to pay a deposit, but I don’t feel like I got the level of care I paid for. Overall, I’m not happy with their service and wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience. Zero quality and service just waste of time and money

Mr M We took our Eight Year Old for a clean last week. He was very cooperative with the dentist and didnt move. When we left the dentist I decided to have a quick look at my sons teeth and noticed plaque (calculus) behind his bottom front teeth. I immediately called the dental practice and told the dentist whether I could send her pictures. I then received a call later to advise its just the fluoride she put on and it will wear of after consuming food and a brush. The next morning I still noticed those white spots and took more pictures and forwarded an email to springs dental. The following week the dentist called me and said it could be plaque (calculus) or white spots. We both agreed that the best thing was to bring my son back in and check that part. I had to pull him out of school early again. When we arrived the dentist used cold air to dry the spot and a metal object to touch and slide on the spot . She then confirmed to us it was left over plaque. My wife then said to her didnt you clean it properly on our initial visit because she was upset. So we didnt opt for her to scale his teeth again because he just did it the week prior and scaling should be done every six months and not after a week. So we immediately left the clinic very disappointed with left over plaque on his teeth. We changed dental practices mainly because this was closer. When I had taken my son to the previous dental practice we never had this issue.

rajinder raazy I did laser cleaning here and I believe this has improved my dental health. This procedure though expensive but definitely helps in comparison to other very costly options. Magical smiles have this facility , they are second dental clinic having this in Melbourne. Dentists are helpful, supportive at each step, with regular follow up we can manage our dental issues. They will give you follow up care if we face issues after clean or laser cleaning. Videos running at clinic also explains a lot about identification and management.

She takes her time to thoroughly explain what is going on with your teeth and what your options are. I’ve been seeing Julia for fifteen years on the recommendation of a friend and always walk away knowing that I have received the very best treatment and advice. The first time I saw Julia was when I was requiring an extraction which caused me intense anxiety. I had already consulted with several dentists, including a specialist and none could offer a suitable solution. Julia was the only dentist who suggested a relatively easy and inexpensive fix, (without the need for a denture) and this made the whole process much more bearable. I highly recommend Julia to anyone who needs to see a dentist. I am so grateful that I found her, and thank her and the whole team at Caroline Springs dental for their care and work ethic.

Adrian Barrington On Monday, May 12th, I had an extraction and filling performed at Caroline Springs Dental by Dr. Julia Boecksteiner. I have been treated by Julia on several occasions at this dental clinic, and the reason I continue to return to her is that she is one of the most skilled dentists I have encountered since I first saw her a few years ago. With each appointment, she ensures that everything is thoroughly explained, and she meticulously checks and double-checks each procedure. I am impressed by her attention to detail and the manner in which she conducts the surgery. The most significant point I want to emphasize is her ability to manage the entire procedure painlessly. This includes the administration of the anesthesia, which is often a source of anxiety for patients. While there may be some discomfort as the anesthesia wears off—a normal expectation—I am genuinely grateful that my wife and I have Dr. Julia Boecksteiner taking care of our dental needs. We trust her implicitly.

We’ve all received excellent treatment and friendly care, and I find it easy to make appointments even at short notice. Clean practice. I find watching shows on tv screen above the chair whilst having my dental treatments a good distraction. Fees are comparable with others in the area if not better. Lots of parking available. Highly recommended.

Jenny Felt so fortunate to be seen by Dr Sass with the hope of being able to retain the tooth after the previous filling got messed up by another dentist and being told the tooth needs an extraction. Dr Sass worked her magic by performing a filling procedure and managed to save the tooth without it experiencing any further pain. Neelanjana Kumar Good only for teeth cleaning, but no other expertise available. I had booked for teeth extraction with doctor Singh a month before and two hours before the surgery the receptionist called and said doctor cant extract the tooth as it is complicated for him and referred me to another doctor. It would have been great if they would have told me at the time of booking or else at least a week before the appointment, calling last moment is unprofessional. Sorry , but I am disappointed to say the least.
