Jennifer Koulis Brilliant Dentists who are incredibly patient and kind. They take their time to explain what is required, responding to any concerns and create a trusting environment. I have been seeing Dr George Malliaros for years and now take my 2 girls. My eldest has Aspergers and George is brilliant with her. The last visit she sat in his chair whilst he had a look around and even allowed him to give her a clean. The whole time he was talking to her about what he was doing... Amazing!! Truly a credit not just to his craft but also his empathy. The staff at Banyule Dental are just wonderful. Dora will always greet you with a smile at reception and there is always a nurse to hold your hand if required. Highly recommended!

Richard Davies Dr. Viviana has been my dentist for several years now. Done a lot of great work on my teeth. Very caring, explains everything very well and when I have cleaning done (which I am very toe curling sensitive too) Dr. Viviana knows all the sensitive spots taking extra special care. I was a patient at Dr. Vivianas previous clinic and will now be coming to Greensborough, along with my wife and kids.

Cody Purchase After 5 appointments for our 5 year old daughter , has now resulted in surgery. Which could have been done 12 months ago. No guidance or any information on the issues. Would not recommend and have heard several families in the same boat. As you can see from banyule’s response below if they need me to post the black mail email from the owner offering a 10% refund for the appointments only if we sign off on any reviews or any other reviews about them. The surgeon today also stated we should take further action. As I have stated all along duty of care and miss Information was never there which is a shame for this business.

E Dentists are great here. Highly recommend the dentists. However what took away from a recent couple experiences is a receptionist who enjoys cold calling. A new personal best is 8 calls in 6 business days of which I had an appointment booked in advance. No voicemessage is left and the calls continue. Not manageable when you already have full time job and other life commitments to answer 8 calls or call back 8 times from the dentists office just in a week.

The receptionist was really helpful in guiding me through the process and helped me with the billing and insurance claim. I had my appointment with Dr.Pooja Singh. She was really nice, explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable during the entire check up and treatment process.

Helen Boughton I highly recommend Primary Dental. I suffer from Anxiety and Asthma. I am in the process of a crown on my back tooth and Dr Nilumi is so gentle, explains everything she does even before I ask. She stops when I need a break and has the patience of an Angel. In whole, their Receptionist, Dental Nurses and Dentist are caring and professional. I am not so anxious when I go now.

kambiz VESSALI Absolute rip off. Covid vaccination cost you $95. for both my wife and myself $190. Their process is first see a doctor which is mandatory. The doctor checks your blood pressure and gives the green light. then wait for the nurse to administer the vaccs but there is no nurse. The doctor walk out and decides to administer the vaccs herself. Process finish. you come out and present yourself to the desk and they hit you with the consultation fee of $95 each to see the doctor. What happened to Covid days where no doctor visit was necessary. What has changed from last year where in the same clinic the doctor walks out while you are in the waiting room and instruct the nurse to administer the vaccs. No charge. This must be part of government plan in helping with living expenses or is that the clinics greed. I bet on the latter. by the way, the doctor was lovelly but cost us $190 to meet her.

Maybe a customer service refresher course would do? If she needs a mental health day off, it would be best? So that she can come back to work in a better mental state?

Jo Schaeche Would not consider then a travel vax clinic. Drs advice was not thorough, a rushed consult and left feeling confused and no vaccines administered. Asked to pay a long consult fee even though we booked in for a travel consult. Very disappointed. last year your travel consult nurse went above and beyond and we were there for a good hour. She was up to date with everything and covered things like even clothing to wear and what mosquito repellent to use! Her consult fee was $55 and she gets paid less than the Drs! I was advised at time of booking it would be the same consult but slightly more. Definitely not the same consult!
