E Fang I went for a 30 min massage at clouds. The girl is really nice but doesn’t seem to understand my intention well. I mentioned clearly at the start that my main focus is left side of my head (a specific spot), shoulder, and lower back muscle. And I want to focus on my head cus it really bothers me. The girl starts from my foot and bottom so I stopped her to just focus on where I want. Even with myself pointing to the spot, she doesn’t seem to find my spots well. There were a lot of general rubbing on the back and then go to the arm. Everytime I have to reiterate that no arm please and I repeated for at least 5 times. After half of the massage she finally goes to the shoulder and the technique was kinda of okay. When there was 5 minutes, she finally touched my neck, so I ask her to massage the spot on the head instead. I have to show her myself a few times where it is, however she couldn’t effectively find the spot and massage it appropriately. Eventually my worst spot wasn’t even touched on. Again, the girl was nice however the massage was far away from my expectation.

Atown Shankz I had a wax and Jessica was very nice . She also taught me that capital of Vietnam is not Ho Chi Minh City but Hanoi . She made my experience very happy and funny. She is very nice and bubbly lady. Thank you Jessica

Elly First time coming here and boy am I happy to get my foot massage here!! I was in heaps of pain and could barely walk on my feet. The masseuse kept checking to see if the pressure was okay and also asked if I needed some other areas done. Highly recommend this hidden gem, I will be back again definitely and thank you!!

Esther Wong Massage was a real authentic Thai massage. The pressure was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. Parking out front is only 30 minutes so I got a half an hour oil massage. 4 star because they didnt wipe the oil off with a warm/hot towel after massage.

Gurpreet Kaur Always loved the threading done by Rashida. She is very nice. This time went for waxing, girl named pooja did my waxing, had worst to worst experience. Told her a lot of times that the wax is hot and it feels like she is ripping off my skin but she ignored me. Even i requested her to go slow and wait its getting hard but she again ignored me and replied that if she goes slow it will hurt more. Got several burns on my legs and arms. Also got blisters on my legs. Really went through a lot of pain. Went to gp as well. Even my trip got spoilt as the pain was unbearable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Really disappointed.

Beth McDonald I came here for the first time today to squeeze in a manicure during my lunch break. I was attended to immediately and the lady did these beautiful Shellac french tips in under 40 minutes from start to finish! I was very happy with my service and my nails, and they were very well priced too. I will definitely be coming back!

Mallar S I went to get my hair and manicure done. It was the WORST service ever. There was only one person in the shop. I asked for caramel hair colour and she did jet black and charged me $150 for that. She didnt even clean the dye off my face and I had black dye on my forehead. She washed my hair and did not blow dry,she gave me the hair dryer asking me to do it. Another lady who booked an appointment had to remove her own nail polish herself as she was occupied with another customer. The nail took her roughly 2 and half hours to do and they are all cracked. My nails were done only on Friday. Terrible customer service and in the end I was charge $170 for JET BLACK HAIR COLOUR when my hair is already black and the nails are all cracked. The lady wasnt apologetic at all. I would NOT EVER recommend this place at all.

CHIH YU LU This nail salon overcharges without informing customers in advance. The prices are completely different from the price list—it’s absolutely disgusting. After getting a pedicure, my feet felt extremely itchy. They don’t even use disposable liners, which is very unhygienic. I strongly do NOT recommend this place. Terrible experience!

Huluni pomale Terrible service Went today with my son who is vision impaired they made me wait 45 miss without anyone letting me know theyd take a while Another lady came in she was of Indian decent and the salon is owned by Indians They advised her after she waited 10 mins in Indian that it would be another 10 knowing that was a lie she left after I asked her what the man said because for some reason they would talk to me just look at me My son ended up falling asleep having to wait that long and in the end I left Ridiculous and poor customer service It wasnt even the waiting it was the total disregard for me being there let alone waiting. Had they said its going to take a while maybe come back I wouldnt of been so frustrated

Charmi Mehta Not visiting again. I used to go to this salon regularly, but now I’ve decided to stop. The staff never communicates properly about wait times—it can go up to an hour without any update. They don’t value your time at all. Last time, after a long wait, a lady rushed through my eyebrows, did them incorrectly, and even left a cut. When I pointed it out, the Indian staff didn’t even acknowledge the mistake or apologise. Very disappointing service

They dont value customer time. The don’t even deserve 1 star i wish there could be option for negative rating. Not recommended.
