Mark Smythe I recently had some extensive work done by Dr Slav. He displayed an extremely compassionate disposition to my circumstances. He listened to my concerns , explained fully the procedures and options available. He has a patient focused approach to his profession. He listens to his patient. He has a caring and naturing approach . .in a world of such daily stresses,I felt I was his number one concern. I found I trusted him. His a self made man,, a driven person,a caring person.. Qualities that are rare and hard to find these days I found a dentist I can trust, and also admirer. He has pride in his work, his profession, and is skilled and trustworthy I went to Dr Slav based on location and reading reviews. The reviews are accurate. He is an excellent dentist , and a true professional. I hope this review helps others make a decision to use Dr Slav. I rate his business very highly. I recommend him very highly . He eliminated my fears, and concerns .I am grateful to DR Slav , and good honest businesses must be supported. Exceptional dentist

Angie Graham Absolutely fabulous, especially being able to get an appointment on Sunday..... I had an emergency and was seen by Dr Naomi, great lady. I have another appointment next Sunday, unusual for me as Ive not had anything but awful experiences with dentists. Ive already recommended to my friends who live in the area

Jojo I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough! I needed an emergency root canal and even though I’m not a patient of theirs they saw me! Dr Slav and his assistant were incredible….he saw me then fitted me in later in the day, they clearly had a lot on but were kind enough to see a stranger in pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them for further treatment. The girls at reception were equally as exceptional! If you need a great clinic with highly qualified staff Your Dentistree is where you need to be! 10/10 ❤️

Courtney Mandel My 3 year old twins had their first trip to the dentist and we had a great experience with Dr Pamela ! Both my girls were nervous but she was so welcoming patient, & kind and explained everything to them directly which was really nice. It was a really calm environment. Highly recommend!

Jonas Jaanimagi The entire team here are fantastic, with the wonderful couple (Gareth & Belinda) who run the practice both leading from the front. Ive gone from dreading dentist visits all my life, to enjoying my regular appointments with Captivate Dental. They are just lovely people, who make an effort to make you feel welcome and care about your teeth. Very highly recommended.

Richard Swinard I went through an implant procedure, the implant and crown has now been in for six months, and going well. Doctor Gareth was excellent throughout this extensive procedure, clearly explaining each stage along the way, the cost was also reasonable compared to other quotes I obtained. I would not hold back recommending this practice to others.

Danielle Baitz Recently needed a root canal. Recently moved to Cheltenham and decided on Captivate Dental. For all the horror stories I have heard about root canals, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have been shown patience due to a bad gag reflex. The information I have received so far has been clear, straightforward and thorough. Pleased to have found a local dentist to be my regular dentist.

Clive Dickinson I am a person who has psychological problems with visiting the dentist but the staff here, both dentist and support staff have great personal skills. They went to great lengths to make me feel at ease and explained in detail what they were doing. I felt much more comfortable than I have in previous visits to other dental services.

JODIE Exceptional dental practice! Tony Heilberg has been my dentist for over 40 years, and genuinely cares about his patients. I have been going to him since I was a child, and now take my own daughter. A friend of my mothers recommended Tony to our family, and over the years we have done the same many times. I no longer live locally, and when people ask why I travel an hour to my dentist, I tell them it’s because I trust him, his opinion and expertise. Tony ensures our teeth are kept healthy, and does not recommend unnecessary treatments. If youre looking for a dentist that you will feel comfortable with, this is absolutely the right place for you!

Caroline Murphy I hadnt been to the dentist in a while, and was reticent to go with the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing. However, I bit the bullet and make a booking with Dr Heilberg. The staff made me feel safe and cared for from the start, requesting that I wear a mask while in the dentist offices, and to bring protective eyewear while in the dentist chair. All the staff were wearing PPE, and the one other patient I saw was masked, and were just leaving as I arrived. Tony was friendly, and professional throughout. He isnt cheap, but hes very good: Ive used him as my dentist for the last couple of decades, and wouldnt go with anyone else.

matt p I have been going to Tony for over 20 years now. He is a fantastic dentist and his staff are really friendly and professional. Before I started going to Tony I was scared to go to the dentist, but now I am totally relaxed to go. Tony and the nurses make sure nothing hurts and that everything is comfortable. My wife and kids also go to Tony now. We trust him and he always does a great job. Tony is a perfectionist with every detail and is dedicated to his patients. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Ledlo Payne I went to see Dr Heilberg after breaking a tooth. I have not seen a dentist in many, many years. I was impressed with his calm and reassuring manner, and his professionalism. He repaired the tooth and gave me good advice on care of my teeth. I will definitely go back to see Tony for more regular checks and cleaning.

Chas H Andrew Tran is very charming and pleasant. Nicer than many dentists I have met. But I wish I had not trusted him with my teeth. Even though I saw him every 6 months he did not pick up issues until they were big problems. Prevention is important to me which is why I always have regular check ups. Well, with him that was a waste. I could be in a much better situation now, so much less pain, stress and cost if he had done his job. Maybe he meant well but just didnt figure it out. I dont know. Also... :( He does not fit you in when youre in pain. Hes a good times dentist only.

Carla Murley Both Andrea and Ray have provided the best dental service for my family since 2013 - Andrea is the most incredible dentist (5 stars for honesty, skill & service) and Ray is quite simply the most delightful human who has ever walked this planet. If you ever get the chance (OR need to distract panicking kids about their appointment) ask Ray about their rescue rabbits - and get him to talk about his Africa travels.

Molly Campbell I can’t recommend Andrea’s practise enough! Andrea is friendly, calm, comforting, and always happy to answer any and all questions. Ray is fantastic at the front desk, easy to talk with, supports with all enquiries and recommendations, follows up with texts to check in with you. He is greatly flexible when it comes to changing/moving/making appointments. The dental nurses are kind, and make the overall experience so positive. michael fountain Dr Archy is the best, when the day comes that she retires or leaves her practice I will be genuinely upset. She has been my dentist for 20 odd years and I have no reason to change , she is polite , always has a smile on her face and makes her patients feel at ease. Her and her staff are fantastic and I couldnt recommend her highly enough as she is just the best.

When we moved to the coast nearly 4 hours away, I tried local dentists but I haven’t been able to find anywhere as professional, gentle & just downright nice to be around (who said seeing the dentist can’t be fun?!)! So now I travel almost half a day to see Archy & the team whenever I need dental work…& frankly it’s worth the drive! I’ve had cleans, fillings, extraction, a crown & root canal work, the most recent in the last 2 weeks & it was 100% comfortable & completely pain free. Robyn at reception is a darling & nothing ever seems too much effort for her to help. After spending hundreds of dollars in this practise close to $1000. I have been told by reception that I am not allowed to attend this clinic any longer. The dentist herself did not even have the decency or courage to tell me herself person. Complete lack of respect or empathy for my situation. My account was paid in full always. The orthodontic treatment she provided was faulty. I spent $300 of my hard earned money to have a new replacement retainer. After provided sufficient proof that the item was faulty, as my other retainer was perfect condition. I was treated in such a hostile and aggressive in person like a peasant that made the appointment so uncomfortable. This clinic is elitist. Shes a fake. If you are not wealthy do not bother. I was accused of being a liar when I am upstanding contribute working Single Parent with 2 jobs. Accusatory elitist.

Cathryn Stephens Dr Smitha is a great dentist - I put my trust in her to get natural looking veneers and she did a brilliant job - taking the utmost care with a very friendly, reassuring manner.
