Mikhalionak Dasha (WellingtonPermanentMakeup) Tina initially reached out to invite me to be a speaker and judge at a conference she was organizing, originally named WOLUP 2024. After we agreed on the terms and conditions, I arranged my accommodation and booked flights from New Zealand to Australia at my own expense. However, a month before the event, I received a message informing me that the conference had been postponed to the following year. Despite this, I was asked if I could still travel—meaning I would need to reschedule both my flights and accommodation—to attend a newly rebranded event, the ACC Event 2025. At this point, the previously agreed-upon terms were significantly changed. I was asked to sell tickets or to pay to participate as a speaker and judge at the championship. I refused, having already invested approximately $2,000 in travel expenses based on our original agreement. Then, just two weeks before the new event date, several tattoo artists informed me that the event had once again been canceled. Tina and her team never contacted me directly and have not responded to my message regarding the cancellation. Meanwhile, their social media pages and website are still promoting the event, selling tickets, and using my name and medical tattoo content—implying that I am still involved. This is highly misleading and borders on fraud. From my perspective, this entire experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Tina appears unconcerned with her reputation and has caused unnecessary confusion and financial strain for those involved. Based on my experience, I do not recommend doing any business with Tina. Her conduct raises serious concerns and, frankly, gives the impression of a scam operation.

As a parent, it can be hard to find time for self-care, but at Infinity, the owner and staff made sure my child was well looked after while I got my treatment done. The owner and staff are incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. They set up a safe, fun space for my child, which allowed me to completely relax and enjoy my treatment without worrying. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made a difference in my overall experience. Beyond that, the treatment itself was amazing! The staff are highly skilled and took the time to ensure I was comfortable, explaining everything step by step. The entire atmosphere of the clinic is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the owner and staff truly care about making each client feel special. If you’re looking for a beauty clinic where you can enjoy some much-needed me-time while knowing your child is well taken care of, Infinity is the place to go. I’m so grateful for the thoughtful service and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Moni V I found this place through Groupon and really enjoyed my experience here. I had a classic set of lash extensions done, which turned out really nice. My lash technician recommended certain lash types and lengths, and was really lovely. You have to ring the doorbell to be let inside, and once inside they will give you a pair of slippers to change into. The salon is clean and quiet, with soft ambient music playing upstairs. I will say the headrest was not very comfortable, and my head hurt after lying there for so long, I wish I had asked for a pillow. It’s also very easy to find a parking spot as there is a shopping centre carpark across the road,

Jenny Le I would give them 0 stars if I could. I came in for a pedicure shellac. The staff there doesn’t know what an oval shape looks like, automatically assumed everyone wants a square or round. I had two technicians try and shape them and still didnt get anywhere, I might as well do it myself. This is the only nail place I’ve been to that shapes and files your nail AFTER the polish is cured, ended up ruining the polish application with her filing, what a waste of polish and time. Terrible communication and understanding of basic shellac application. Didn’t ask me the nail length I wanted. Overall poor application of polish and lack of understanding and training when it comes to nail shapes. Will not be coming here again nor recommending it to people. Please save your $45 and go somewhere else.

Emy Would not recommend!! Had the worst set of acrylic nails done here. They dont know how to apply acrylic properly, don’t know how to shape nails and don’t understand basic english. The acrylic applied was sooo thick and wasn’t smoothed out properly so it hardened in such an unnatural shape. From a side-profile, it looks like someone shaped some blutack onto my nails. They tried to then shape my nails after and instead of shaping the almond nails, they made it oval. When i asked to make it more almond and pointy, they shaped it triangle. Then they tried to overcharge me. Calculating a different price at the end, when she quoted me a different price during the set. They don’t have a breakdown of the price-list, so are probably making up prices per customer. Not happy.

Not only were my eyebrows rushed, the lady at the checkout became very aggressive and rude when I pointed out the sign that stated "$12 eyebrow threading" outside which was for women only, apparently. $15 FOR MEN. I would have actually came back because they did a a half decent job, but the checkout lady really put me off from this joint. Dont come here, go to the place around the corner for threading. They do a much better job.

ketut santiari I got pedicure yesterday, to remove my old nail color and the lady cut my toe nail too deep insisting that I have ingrown nail. While I got no problem with. I screamed it was painful and she kept on cutting it, I told her to stop and leave it. She was rude and not even apologise. Now I cant even walk properly because my toe is sore. That would my first and last time visit.

Jo ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience here. The "technician" was obviously inexperienced with brows and had no idea what she was doing. I clearly explained that I wanted to keep my brows thick and just clean them up, but she ended up over-threading and making them much thinner than I asked for. To make things worse, they were uneven by the end, and I had to fix them at home. The service also felt impersonal, like she just wanted to get back to her phone. She really wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Very bad service and over priced. DO NOT GO HERE

Nina G-J Pretty disappointed. Called multiple times to try to book with no answer and no call back. Decided to go in anyway. The beautician was going on lunch as I arrived and told me to come back in half an hour (2 oclock) and she could fit in the 45-50 minute appointment, which I was okay with but I did explain I had to leave by 3 for another appointment. She didnt arrive back till 2.25 and was pretty dismissive that there wasnt enough time now for a tint and lift. This is a treat for me, not a regular activity. I could have gone somewhere else in that time. Ive had threading done here before and its been fine, but feel pretty dismissed after trying to go in for a more expensive treatment.

Siobhan Davidson Employee burnt/ripped my skin off. Called to speak to a manager and was told I wasn’t able to and that I had to submit a contact form online. Did that yesterday and still haven’t received a reply or call so here I am posting a pic of what this place did to my eyes. Had to go to the doctors right after to make sure it doesn’t get infected or any worse. Haven’t been able to go to work all week because I can’t open my right eye properly so can’t drive. Would not recommend this place to anyone for obvious reasons. The employee even suggested that maybe I put something on my eyes before I came in like it was my fault? Have been getting my brows done for years and never had anything like this happen to me EVER. Clearly the Manager/person in charge doesn’t care about customer service since they’re not available to speak to you on the phone or have the decency to reply to their contact forms like I was instructed to do. Would think safety and duty of care means to them since it’s on their website that we can trust them to make us feel “confident and beautiful”.
