Sally Clarke If you need a bit of pampering/uplifting/self care, then youve found the right place. Not only does Rawee have a very gentle, friendly nature but she works confidently on making you feel special. From facials, brows, lashes, she does it all, shes very knowledgeable, has fabulous products and she has magic hands when it comes to massaging the face, head, shoulders and upper body. Im 65 and am feeling a lot better about my aging skin since working with Rawee and having her tailor the most beneficial treatments for me. Coreen Oliva Christina did an amazing job with my lash lift and brow lamination (+ tint) and will be my go-to from now :) She also makes use of yumi products which are super gentle. Definitely recommend!

Em Cirona Christina is incredible, truly wonderful with her services. I dont often come across many lash ladies that can get the small stubborn inner and outer corner lashes to curl but she did a perfect job, had a steady hand, a relaxed environment and couldnt be happier with the results. Amii Ly First timer with Kim and the experience was fantastic. The retreat is home based with all the facility required for traditional and modern treatments. Theres ample parking available at the side of the property as well. The retreat smells divine and was even offered a drink before my treatment. I picked the specific area we need to concentrate but she went beyond with a full face cleanser and massage using hot stones (traditional). It felt amazing. I saw results in a couple of days after the RF (radio frequency) procedure and would buy a package as my skin felt firmer and brighter. Thanks Kim for a wonderful experience and gratitude for sending me messages about self care.

I ended up getting an overpriced gel set that I couldve done at home. found a different place to go next time I wanted my nails done. The employees were nice though. :)

Advanced Beautytech , not only it’s an aesthetically pleasing clinic I find relaxing , Sue is one of the most gentle & professional beauticians I have ever come across. She gives you a thorough presentation of your procedure, she uses top Korean skincare products, Histolab Skincare as after care following the procedure. She never pushes her clients into purchasing more sessions or products like some of her competitors in the industry. People do return because she is genuinely good in what she does and outcome is long lasting results ! I have noticed some marked improvements-less sagging, feels firmer and lifted …….Experience the magic , grab a session in the holiday season to pamper yourself , there are amazing offers from time to time !

Amanda Bennett After reading the positive reviews I was excited to book a manicure and pedicure here for my hens party, which I did more than a month in advance. A few days out from my appointment I received a message asking if they could move my appointment from 5.15pm to 11am. I responded that I work during the day so I could only come after 5pm. Received no response and the following day I got a booking confirmation text for my original 5.15pm appointment. On the day, an hour and a half before my appointment, I got another text saying they would no longer be able to fit me in. This left me scrambling trying to find somewhere to do my nails in time for my hens party. A disappointing experience, I won’t be booking here again.

Anna Kalashnikova I gave 3 stars for wonderful service, but work is so bad. The nail coating is wavy and uneven. part of the gel is turned sideways. I paid for manicure but didnt get it. They dont really have a lot of accessories for nail art, so if you are looking for something with crystals - not your choice. Thanks for master who tried to do my idea even if it was difficult because of no colors and crystals. Terrible experience, but I hope it happened only today.

Victoria Tedeschi I wasnt going to write a review but seeing as I keep getting emails to do so, here it goes. Unfortunately, while the staff were nice enough, I felt incredibly rushed while getting my tan. Twice, two people walked in on me getting changed, not knocking. There was no consultation about colour whatsoever, which is a pity for the $57 price tag where I thought I could have some customisation as to hue and undertones. The tan itself was blotchy, especially on my hands where it took a yellow hue.

Linda Dang I was disappointed with my experience at Ella Bache Balwyn. Ive visited a few times, hoping things would improve since I had a voucher, but unfortunately, it only got worse. The body massage and facial I booked felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. During the massage, the therapist moved the towel down past my waist, which made me feel uneasy. The massage itself was unpleasant, as she primarily used her arm and elbow instead of her hands, which I didn’t enjoy at all. The facial wasn’t much better—it mostly involved her applying products without any actual massage. At one point, she put a mask on my face and then just sat there for about five minutes. Compared to other massages and facials Ive experienced, this was by far my least favourite. I won’t be returning.

Tatiana Stepanova I had laser treatment provided by Diep and had no issues, other than her being late sometimes. Since early February this year Ive learned that there was an issue with the business, and Diep had no access to the premises of the salon. Sounds crazy enough. My issue is that I prepaid $150 for the service I have never received, and noone would give me a full refund now. Diep gave me a contact number for the new owner, who denies being such. What a messy situation. As a matter of principle, I am taking this to the consumer affairs. People can make bad business decisions, but it shouldnt affect the clients, as long as the business is functional.

Penny Jayne I have been a loyal client of Deip’s for several years. About a year ago a new girl Nasrin joined the staff. During this time, whenever assisting Deip, Nasrin needed to be managed in order to perform basic treatments. For example she would fill the foot tub, then leave you soaking your feet for an indefinite period of time. This became such a problem, that for me, Deip was the only one I’d allow to remove excess skin and shape my nails (feet and fingers). I also observed that Nasrin would often wander off in the middle of treatment with others, requiring Deip to remind her, or redirect her back to the task at hand. The only time I booked a facial with Nasrin, (Deip was on holidays), Nasrin didn’t cover my eyes before turning on the bright light to check for blemishes. I covered my eyes against the light, so she turned the spotlight off, and did not perform the necessary extractions I’d requested. I’ve recently learned that Nasrin has taken over this business, and as such I can no longer recommend this business to anyone, at all. I’m looking for an alternative salon, & I suggest you do too.

Carol Boden I had previously given 5 starts but it is no longer Bamboo Fingers, the management has changed and I no longer recommend this salon. My favourite place to go to get my nails done for a personal as well as professional service. I always feel welcome and the staff are so lovely!
